Its name refers to Pace Gallery’s original location at 125 Newbury Street in Boston, which Glimcher opened in 1960. Based at 395 Broadway in Tribeca, the gallery presents a focused program of up to five exhibitions each year, including thematic group shows and solo presentations by emerging, established, and historical artists. Its exhibitions often bring together artists from different generations and extend beyond Pace Gallery’s own roster. 125 Newbury currently operates from its single location in New York.
