Iranian · b. 1962 · Doost Art artist
Mina Ghaziani (b. 1962, Babolsar) is an Iranian painter and draftsman whose practice explores landscape, domestic space, light, memory, and the experience of looking. Her paintings often focus on quiet gardens, interiors, plants, furniture, and fragments of everyday environments, transforming familiar spaces through careful observation and subtle shifts of colour and atmosphere. Rather than treating these places as straightforward representations, Ghaziani approaches them as spaces shaped by perception, presence, and emotional experience. Series such as Garden Corners and The Washed Light demonstrate her sustained interest in gardens, vegetation, architectural space, and changing conditions of light. Alongside her artistic practice, she has taught drawing and visual principles at universities in Tehran.
