The film begins with a childhood vision that defined the course of her life: boarding a bus that never stops at any station. Mina’s narration moves from the difficult years of the Cultural Revolution and her long struggle to enter university, to the gradual formation of her layered, subtractive approach to drawing. She speaks about the gardens of Paris, studios in Tehran, her work with the women of Khaneh Khorshid, and the experiences that found their way into her art. Mina is a portrait of an artist who has shaped her world through erasing, softening, building, and continuing—a journey that led her to her own personal and aesthetic language.
